No. 26 made me laugh because Sweden once had a king that was replaced by a stamp by his own privy council: he wasn't interested in ruling, and they feared that his wife would try to rule through him. One thing that may be of interest is that during the latter half of his reign (1766-1771) Sweden's proto-parliament ruled by what was called the Cap-party enacted the world's first and most far-reaching freedom of the press-laws. The only two things forbidden was slandering the monarch, and the state church: on all other topics, speech was completely free.
In fact, under those laws, we had greater freedom of speech than we've had since the 1980s.
